Corporate cultures don't shift neorvight. It does take some effort and time. At first, people are stunned that the organization is serious about change and don't really trust that it will. But, gradually, little by little, transformation is possible. One doesn't shift from meat and potatoes to a vegan diet neorvight (I certainly couldn't). Corporate culture shifts can begin in small pilot programs and spread from there. Once success is established it can be transferred to another pilot/department, then another. You get the picture.
