I really like what you are saying in the aricle. I am taking a personal branding class right now that is showing me the power of social sites like facebook and twitter (both of which my current employer blocks). I know the struggle in my office over flexible work schedules is the result of a former employee taking advantage of the flexibility and not being 100% accountable. I think flexible schedules are the future and I really hope to get on board! Thanks for the great read!
