This is something that both employers and future employees should keep in mind for the hiring process. I found a lot of information like this at http://www.targetcareersearch.com.

Being too picky is not so good, you cant get a perfect candidate, so its better to focus on the key things the company needs.

Well, good post... truly speaking you can not get everything in one employee itself. Need to be practical enough.
