Thank you, Alexandra, for this article and writing on such important topic of organization’s learning strategy. From my experience, I agree that learning strategies in today’s organizations are properly aligned to the business strategy. In addition, most of the learning today is happening by doing. Employees turnover is a major challenge for learning by doing because it usually takes time to learn if learning relies only on daily tasks.
